How many companies in cities in Alameda County received FDA inspections in Q2?

There were nine companies in cities associated with Alameda County, California, that received nine FDA inspections in the second quarter of 2024, according to reports from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

This is unchanged from the number of companies inspected in the previous quarter.

Most of the companies inspected at the time were involved in the Food and Cosmetics sector. Both the Veterinary and Devices sectors sectors tied for second most common type.

There were six companies in line with FDA regulations that do not need to adjust their management operations or regulatory/administrative actions. Three should take voluntary action to correct their management operations.
