On Saturday, Feb. 8, former James Logan High School standouts Erin Garcia and Shannon Garcia’s current college team, the Sacramento State Hornets, won 9-1 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Utah Valley Wolverines.

The game took place at Shea Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Wolverines this season.

The Hornets’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 8 at 2:30 p.m. at Shea Stadium against Boise State Broncos.
