The three bedroom, three bathroom home at 6035 Joaquin Murieta Ave. A, Newark was sold on Sept. 30 by Sridhar Palani Velu (trustee) for $750,000. The buyers were Velu Sridhar P. and Mahendran Bharathy (trustees).

So far in September 2021, four properties sold in Newark.
