On Sept. 29, Jin Qiang and Gao Minwen purchased a three bedroom, two bathroom home at 4753 Hilo St., Fremont from Qiang Jin for $1,239,000.

The last time this home sold was Oct. 31, 2014. It last sold for $629,000.

So far in September 2021, nine properties sold in Fremont.
