On Jan. 23, Lau Judy (trustee) sold their home at 40468 Fremont Blvd., Fremont to Martha Shravan and Alugonda Sravanthi for $730,000.

The last time this home sold was Sept. 23, 2009. It last sold for $300,000.

So far in January 2019, three properties sold in Fremont.
