On Jan. 20, Jahanarha Shah sold their home at 32474 Jean Drive, Union City to Banth Aftab and Shah Jahanarha for $1,622,000.

This home last sold for $1,100,000 on Oct. 8, 2021.

So far in January 2022, seven properties sold in Union City.
