The four bedroom, three bathroom home at 32772 Downieville St., Union City was sold on Feb. 25 by Zhonghua Wang (trustee) for $2,200,000. The buyers were Wang Zhonghua and Lin Jialiu (trustees).

So far in February 2022, 30 properties sold in Union City.
